Happy 2012! It is the start of a fresh new year. Time to take on the world! You can start with taking control of your life and business.
I always make sure I have a plan in place each day for what I need to do and want to do. A Roadmap actually. This is a great way to make sure I stay focused and accomplish what I need to each day. It is also the topic of our article today.
Our VA business is rockin' still and we are offering an awesome quarterly referral bonus as well. Maketing You Can Use – Start Your Day with a Road Map
 Many Christians begin their day with a time of devotion. This can include a reading from a daily devotional book, a reading from an inspirational book, or simply a portion from their Bibles. Doing this is very beneficial to everyone who spends some time like this. It gets the day off to a great start.
Taking part in some daily devotionals can actually improve the quality of your day. By simply reading your Bible at the beginning of each day, you are starting your day with a road map for how you need to conduct yourself during the day. You will receive strength and guidance ahead of time so that you know just what you should do in any given situation that you may face during the day.
What this means is that you are prepared well ahead of time for how you should respond when someone tries to pass on some gossip to you, or tells a really off color story that is offensive to you in your presence. Those are just the minor things that can happen. There are much worse occurrences that can take place around you on a daily basis. However, by starting your day with the Bible as your road map, you have already navigated your course and how you will deal with anything that you feel is wrong which may cross your path during the day.
Another thing that daily devotions help with is if you are feeling down about something. When you are having an episode where you feel alone and that no one cares about you, you need to know for a fact that your Heavenly Father is with you always. You never have to feel alone. All you need to remember is that He is right there when you need Him. It's not even necessary for you close to your eyes, bow your head, or get on your knees. You can speak to God anywhere at any time. He will listen and hear you.
Many of those daily devotional books will carry short inspirational stories of how God made a difference in someone's life. Those are meant to also give hope that everyone has the possibility of miracles happening in their lives as well. All that is needed is the complete faith that what you need will be provided. However, you must also remember that God always has a plan for your life and if a miracle does not appear just when you want it to, it does not mean that He has not heard your prayer. It means that He has another path for you to take.
